Ever since July 23, we’ve been hard at work constructing our Athens Area Habitat Home dedicated to Beau Harvey. This home is the first of five eco-friendly houses to be built on our plot of land at Tillman Place. Each house will be “eco-friendly” certified by EarthCraft, a green building certification program. So far, we have completed construction on all of the external walls, roof sheathing, roof trusses, and roof decking. We are ready to begin the actual roofing and have already begun working on the front porch! Check out these pictures to see all of our progress!
