Emergency Handicap Access Ramp Program

EHARP is short for Emergency Handicap Access Ramp Program. Athens Area Habitat for Humanity partners with HED and Multiple Choices for Independent Living to build ramps for low income physically disabled individuals to improve their quality of life.
