3tree Realty’s goal is to be a one-stop shop for all our clients’ real estate needs.  They represent both buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions.  3tree Realty handles Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing, and Residential Property Managment. They are passionate about customer service, knowing their market, and educating their clients. Helping people buy and sell homes is a large part of 3tree Realty’s business, and they love what they do. That said, they believe they must never forget how blessed they are to do a job they love, helping others achieve the ‘American Dream’. However, many people today are struggling financially. They believe it is a privilege and obligation to come alongside those among us who are in need. 3tree Realty’s commitment is to give a minimum of 7% of every dollar earned to organizations that serve this end. They currently support Athens Area Habitat, Athens Area Homeless Shelter and Downtown Academy.
