Getting started:

Step 1: Decide which volunteer opportunity is right for you. If you aren't sure how you'd like to help, contact the Volunteer Coordinator to discuss your options and find a good fit.

Step 2: Choose some dates you are available. For your convenience, the calendar under the events tab is updated with the availability of build opportunities, so check to see if your date looks available!

Step 3: Schedule your time. You can schedule your volunteer opportunity by calling the office or emailing the Volunteer Coordinator. To smooth the scheduling process, please contact us when you have some specific dates you would like to help. We will check what is open and get you out to the job site as soon as possible.

Step 4: Enjoy your volunteer experience! We will send build site details the Tuesday before your scheduled time with information on location, time, and other specifics (if you do not recieve your email, please contact the office as soon as possible). Then all you have to do is show up and have fun. Always check www.AthensHabitat.com important updates regarding your build. This will be our first point of contact if the build is canceled due to weather conditions.
