Athens Habitat Director Spencer Frye and Construction Manager Lawrence Jones present Kamika Fambrough and her son Malachi with the keys to their new Habitat Home!
We greatly appreciate continuing support in our mission to break the cycle of poverty by building affordable housing in our community. Without the generous contributions of so many like you, the service we provide to Athens Area families would not be possible.
Financial Donations And Committee of 1,000
We gladly accept financial donations of all sizes and are incredibly grateful to those you chose to donate in this way. Financial contributions are a vital part of ensuring the existence of Athens Area Habitat for Humanity and furthers Habitat’s ongoing missions.
The Committee of 1,000 is a program where 1,000 people come together each making a donation of $70 to cover the $70,000 cost of building a new 3-bedroom home in Athens.
