The Abraham alliance house is rocking and rolling thanks to the spectacular volunteers efforts of the tri-congregational force of Milledge Avenue Baptist, the Congregation Children of Israel, and the Al-Huda Islamic Center. This alliance has shown it's commitment to the community, financing and supplying the volunteer force for multiple homes in the Athens Area. Beau Harvey, the construction manager, claims that the volunteers from these three congregations, comprise one of the "greatest work forces" he's ever directed. Habitat would like to thank these groups for looking past religious and political differences to help residents of the community achieve the dream of home ownership.
