Members od the Northeast Atlanta branch of Homebanc joined up with the UGA Football team for the third week in what's been an exciting partnership between the mortgage corporation and the UGA Athletic Association (both of whom have always been huge supporters of Athens Area Habitat). With contractors prepping the interior, volunteers were put through a grueling day's work out in the sun, the football players under the direction of Coach Johnson. Both groups showed a willingness to endure the Georgia heat and polish up the exterior of the Building on a Dream house. Next week marks the exciting closure of this unique experience with the final sponsored build and the participation of the football team (Mark Richt might even make an appearance). Habitat would like to once again thank Homebanc and the football team for their continued participation both in Athens Area Habitat and the community at large. It's been a blast.
