The 16th Annual Run/Walk for Home is this Saturday, April 7th, at 8 AM in front of the Claasic Center. The Athens Homeless Shelter and Habitat are hosting this race for the first time ever since it began it's run in the early 90s, and we invite everyone in the community to participate. Registration is $20 and can be done at www.active.com (click on "find an event", then on the next screen enter "Running" "April" and "Georgia") If you're interested in volunteering, there will be a volunteer meeting this Thursday, April 5th here at the office (532 Barber Street) at 5:30.
